Help with the Contractor Marketing NW app
The fastest way to get help is the Messages tab in the app. It goes straight to Arseni's phone.
You can also call or text 206 468 2416, or email arseni@contractormarketingnw.com.
Signing in
Use Sign in with Apple, or your email and password.
The first time, the app asks for an invite code. Each person gets their own 8 character code, and it works once. Arseni sends the owner's. The owner adds everyone else. It ties your login to your company, so you see your leads and nobody else's. If you do not have one, ask whoever runs the app at your company, or text Arseni.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password on the sign in screen. We email you a 6 digit code. Type it in with a new password.
Your team
Open Account, then Team, and tap Add a person. Type their name, pick what they can see, and send them the code. They make their own login and type it in.
Owner sees everything and manages the team. Office sees every lead and the numbers, and cannot add or remove people. Crew see only the leads you give them, and never see prices or dollar amounts.
To give a lead to someone, open the lead and tap Give it to someone. They get one notification. The Leads and Calendar screens can show Everyone or just Mine.
To take someone off, open Team, tap their name, and tap Remove. They lose the company's leads at once, and anything they held goes back to everyone.
Notifications
A new lead buzzes your phone once, when it lands. That is all the app sends about a lead.
If you are not getting them, open Account in the app. If it says Turn on notifications, tap it. If notifications were turned off in iOS, open iOS Settings, then Notifications, then Contractor NW, and allow them.
A test lead
To see how a lead lands, open Account and tap Send me a test lead. It arrives like a real one and buzzes only your phone. It never counts in your numbers. Open it and tap Remove the test lead when you are done.
Your numbers
The app counts from the day it started for your company. The Numbers screen says which day that was. Jobs you signed before that day are not in the app, so a month with nothing signed yet only means nothing has been signed since the app started. You do not need to add older jobs, and there is nowhere that asks you to.
Once a job is signed, Numbers shows Where jobs came from: signed dollars by source, by town, by the page on your site, and by the search that brought the lead. Every lead carries that when it lands, so there is nothing to fill in.
A lead is missing
Pull down on Today or Leads to refresh. If the top of the screen says No signal, the app is showing what was saved on the phone and will catch up when you are back in range. Your leads still arrive by email as before.
Moving a lead
Swipe a lead to the right to move it to the next stage. Swipe left for Lost. Won asks what the contract is worth. Lost asks why. To move a lead anywhere, open it and tap Move.
Job Done
Open the Site tab, or any Won lead, and tap Job done. Pick three to eight photos and write one sentence. Arseni builds the project page. The same button opens Messages with a review request and your Google review link, ready to send to the homeowner.
If the button does not offer the review text, your Google review link is not set up yet. Ask Arseni.
Asking for a change to your site
Open the Site tab and tap Ask for a change. Say it in a sentence. Care covers small changes. Outside Care, a change is quoted flat before the work starts, with a $150 minimum. When there is a price, the app shows it with a button that opens the invoice in your browser. Nothing is paid inside the app.
Done for you
On the Site tab, Done for you lists what has been finished on your site: changes you asked for, things you added, and project pages that went live, each with its day. It fills in by itself. Nobody has to write it, and it shows up once there is something to list.
No signal
The app works without service. Stage changes, notes, messages, requests, and job photos are saved on the phone and sent when you are back in range.
Deleting your account
Open Account and tap Delete my account. This removes your login, your name and email, and the messages, requests, and job photos you sent from the app. Your company's lead records stay with Contractor Marketing NW so your marketing keeps running. To have those deleted too, email arseni@contractormarketingnw.com.
